You confirm that any funds deposited into your dewi1 account belong to you personally, are not derived from illegal activities, and are not funds that you cannot afford to lose. You must not deposit money designated for essential living expenses such as rent, food, utilities, medical care, education, or debt repayments.
To create a dewi1 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document (KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.
dewi1 operates under Know Your Customer (KYC) standards and reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Acceptable verification documents include Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license showing your full name, photograph, date of birth, and document expiration date. You may also be required to provide proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of request may result in account suspension and withdrawal processing delays.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify dewi1 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. dewi1 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account if such unauthorized use occurred due to your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
You must promptly update your account information if any details change, particularly your contact information, residential address, or payment details. dewi1 is not responsible for failed communications or payment processing errors resulting from outdated account information.
dewi1 accepts deposits through Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). You are responsible for any transaction fees charged by your financial institution or payment provider.
Deposits via Indonesian bank transfers during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB) are typically processed within 5 minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may experience delays of up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits are generally processed instantly. dewi1 is not responsible for processing delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking infrastructure issues.
You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses. Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your verified dewi1 account details. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance.
Standard withdrawal processing time is 24-48 hours from the time of request, subject to successful completion of any required security checks and identity verification. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding Rp 10.000.000 may require additional verification and extended processing time of up to 5 business days. dewi1 reserves the right to split large withdrawal amounts into multiple installments at our discretion.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limit is Rp 50.000.000 unless higher limits have been approved for VIP account holders. These limits are subject to change and will be communicated through account notifications or platform announcements.
In accordance with anti-money laundering standards, you must wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal becomes permitted. dewi1 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts showing suspicious deposit and withdrawal patterns, including but not limited to minimal wagering activity, rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles, or unusually large transaction amounts inconsistent with stated income sources.
Bonuses and promotional offers provided by dewi1 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer. Not all users may be eligible for all bonuses. dewi1 reserves the right to exclude users from promotional offers at our discretion, particularly in cases of bonus abuse or violation of bonus terms.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means you must wager the bonus amount thirty times). Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%. Specific contribution rates are stated in each bonus offer's terms.
Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer terms, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of bonus credit. dewi1 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other users to exploit bonuses, using betting strategies designed solely to convert bonus funds with minimal risk, or any other conduct determined to be abusive or contrary to the spirit of the promotional offer. Detected bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
dewi1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of promotional disputes, dewi1's decision is final and binding.
All users must play fairly and in good faith. Cheating, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, use of automated betting software (bots), collusion with other players, or any other form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for slots and virtual games, or by live dealers for live casino games. dewi1 does not influence, manipulate, or control game outcomes. Claims made after 14 days will not be considered. dewi1 will investigate all disputes fairly and thoroughly, and our decision following investigation is final and binding.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following successful identity verification, minus any outstanding obligations or unresolved disputes. Closed accounts cannot be reopened, though you may register a new account subject to eligibility requirements.
dewi1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, created multiple accounts, provided false information, engaged in money laundering, or conducted yourself in a manner detrimental to dewi1 or other users.
Upon account termination for breach of terms, dewi1 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance and withhold any pending withdrawals. However, if your account is closed without breach on your part, your legitimate balance will be returned following verification procedures. All outstanding wagering requirements on bonuses must be met before withdrawals of account closure proceeds.
Even after account termination, certain provisions of these Terms and Conditions continue to apply, including those relating to disputes, intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations.
